The Story of our New Logo

New Look for the unfolding vision…

As SC Bach looks toward the future, we want to continue to engage with and inspire our loyal supporters who have been with us since 2015, and we also want to share the music of J.S. Bach and contemporaries with members of our community who may not be familiar with Baroque music or its relevance to current music and culture. We also hope to inspire young musicians and connect with them in new ways. To that end, we knew that a reimagining of our logo and branding would keep us firmly rooted in our history while allowing us to grow into the future.

Our new logo takes its lead from the same sources of inspiration as our original logo: The Bach family crest and the South Carolina state flag. Click to watch the animation below to see how our new logo came to be.
